Benihana Ginger Salad Dressing

Benihana’s Ginger Salad Dressing


¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup peanut oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp tomato paste
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash each of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in blender container or work bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade, process until almost smooth.

Makes 6 servings.
